Avolta wins new five-year contract, expands operations at Guadalajara International Airport, Mexico

Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL), leading global travel retail and F&B player, announces a new five-year contract at Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), the third busiest airport in Mexico. Avolta will carry out a complete renovation of its three existing main stores at the airport and will open an additional two new stores across more than 1200m2 of duty-free and duty-paid space.

Avolta prices EUR 500 million of Senior Notes

Avolta has priced EUR-denominated senior notes in an aggregate amount of EUR 500 million. The senior notes will have a term of seven years due in 2032. The annual interest rate will be 4.50% and interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance Avolta’s outstanding Senior Notes due 2026 and to repay borrowings under its Revolving Credit Facility.
