    The 30 years agreement contemplates more than a doubling of the current retail space from 5,000 m2 to over 12,000 m2.     Dufry confirms profitable growth strategy delivering on its 2016 targets

    Dufry achieved all its main goals in 2016, thus confirming its profitable growth strategy. The Company posted positive pro-forma organic growth of +1.0% in the full year; completed the integration of World Duty Free (WDF) ahead of plan and deleveraged the business through strong cash generation. For the full year 2016, Dufry's turnover grew by 27.5% and reached CHF 7,829.1 million. EBITDA increased by 29.2% to CHF 935.1 million, and free cash flow reached CHF 483.8 million, an increase of 43.0% compared to 2015.

    Dufry/DFASS joint venture wins new concession in Colombia

    Dufry and DFASS have been awarded the operation of the duty-free shops at El Dorado International Airport, Bogota. The 10 years concession agreement signed with the airport operator, Opain S.A., will comprise close to 2,200 m2 of total retail space. El Dorado International Airport is the largest airport in Colombia and the main international and domestic air gateway in the country. With the new concession – Dufry adds a new market to its portfolio and DFASS expands their operations in Colombia – both companies further consolidate their strong presence in Latin America.

    Avolta reports strong 2025, advancing on sales, profits and cash generation, proposes higher dividend and announces new share buyback

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) delivered strong sales, profit and EFCF in 2025. IFRS turnover increased +1.9% to CHF 13,983m while operating profit rose +18.1% to CHF 1,103m. Equity Free Cash Flow (EFCF) increased +14.6% to CHF 487m. A dividend of CHF 1.15/share, +15% YoY, is to be proposed at the May 2026 AGM. Avolta reaffirms its medium-term outlook and announces new a share buyback of up to CHF 225m in 2026.
