    Dufry's subsidiary Hudson Group Wins Major Concession Contract at Raleigh-Durham International Airport for seven New Specialty Retail, Travel Essential, and Duty Free Stores

    Hudson Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dufry AG, and its partner Shaw Foods, today announced it was awarded seven new specialty retail, travel essentials and duty-free stores for a total space close to 6,400 sq. ft. (600 sqm) at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Hudson Group created the winning bids with an eclectic mix of leading national and local brands, including: Hudson, Ink by Hudson, City Market News, Raleigh-Durham Duty Free, Vineyard Vines, 5th & Sunset, and Tech On the Go.

    Dufry's subsidiary Hudson Group Extends Duty Free & Duty Paid Contract at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport Contract includes over 18,000 square feet in retail space

    Hudson Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dufry AG, in partnership with Hudson Las Vegas JV and The Nuance Group (Las Vegas), LLC, today announced the successful seven-year extension of its duty-free and duty-paid agreement with McCarran International Airport (LAS). As the sole operator of duty-free retail at LAS, the contract includes over 18,000 square feet in retail space, including a new 6,000 sq. ft. duty-free and duty-paid combination store, Las Vegas Dufry Shopping, in Terminal One D-Gates.

    Dufry's organic growth continues to accelerate t o 7.2% in the first quarter of 2017

    Turnover amounted to CHF 1,706.8 million in the first quarter of 2017, driven by organic growth, which accelerated further and reached 7.2%. Supported by synergies from the World Duty Free (WDF) acquisition, gross profit margin further improved to 59.6%. EBITDA increased to CHF 154.7 million, while EBITDA margin expanded by 10 basis points to 9.1%.

    Dufry renews its duty-free contract at Liverpool John Lennon Airport for additional 8 years, confirming its leading position in the UK

    Dufry has successfully renewed its existing duty-free contract at Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) and adds additional retail space. Liverpool Airport is an international airport serving North West England, where it represents the main gate for passengers traveling to several European destinations, such as Spain, Ireland, France and Portugal.

    Avolta reports strong 2025, advancing on sales, profits and cash generation, proposes higher dividend and announces new share buyback

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) delivered strong sales, profit and EFCF in 2025. IFRS turnover increased +1.9% to CHF 13,983m while operating profit rose +18.1% to CHF 1,103m. Equity Free Cash Flow (EFCF) increased +14.6% to CHF 487m. A dividend of CHF 1.15/share, +15% YoY, is to be proposed at the May 2026 AGM. Avolta reaffirms its medium-term outlook and announces new a share buyback of up to CHF 225m in 2026.
