    Avolta awarded 10-year contract at Orlando International Airport across travel retail and F&B

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) has been awarded a 10-year contract at Orlando International Airport (MCO) in the United States. The agreement strengthens Avolta’s long-term presence at the airport and covers more than 1,800m2. MCO is the busiest airport in Florida, serving nearly 58 million passengers each year.

    Avolta prices EUR 400 million of Senior Notes

    Avolta (SIX: AVOL) today priced EUR-denominated senior notes in an aggregate amount of EUR 400 million. The senior notes will have a term of seven years due in 2033. The annual interest rate will be 4.625% and interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance a portion of Avolta’s outstanding EUR 750 million Senior Notes due 2027.

    Avolta prices EUR 350 million of senior notes

    Avolta (SIX: AVOL) today priced an offering of EUR 350 million Senior Notes due in March 2032 with an interest rate of 5.25%. Interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears. Proceeds from the offering will be used to further repay the company’s EUR 750 million Senior Notes due 2027 following the issuance of EUR 400 million Senior Notes due 2033 in June 2026.

    Avolta launches first direct wallet-to-wallet stablecoin payments pilot

    Avolta (AVOL: SIX) today launches a pilot enabling customers to pay with stablecoin at its Level 2 Duty Free store at Zurich Airport. From 9 to 25 September 2026, travelers can make purchases directly from their digital wallets through a simple QR-code payment process.
