The new agreements build on more than 15 years of Avolta's operations at Brasília International Airport and further strengthen the company's presence at one of Brazil's leading domestic travel hubs, which welcomed more than 15 million passengers last year. Located in the airport's domestic airside area, the new contracts introduce two distinct concepts: Vista Corona and Johnnie Walker Bar.
Johnnie Walker Bar will become Avolta's first hybrid retail and F&B concept in Brazil. Located within Avolta's main duty paid store, the concept combines a premium bar and food offering with the surrounding retail environment, creating an integrated experience where travelers can discover the brand, enjoy selected food and beverage pairings and explore products before purchasing in the store, combining bold brand visibility and an immersive sensory journey in one.
Vista Corona brings the globally recognized Corona brand into a dedicated food and beverage setting inspired by the brand's relaxed and nature-inspired identity. The venue will offer travelers a welcoming environment together with a curated selection of food and beverages, providing a distinctive experience within the airport's domestic departures area.
Gustavo Fagundes, CEO of Avolta Brazil, said: "These contracts extend our long-standing presence at Brasília International Airport into food and beverage. Through the introduction of Johnnie Walker Bar and Vista Corona, we are broadening the offer for travelers while further strengthening our partnership with the airport. The concepts reflect our commitment to creating differentiated experiences that combine retail, dining and engagement throughout the passenger journey."
Rogerio Coimbra Commercial Director at Brasília Airport said: “At Brasília Airport, we are constantly seeking ways to enrich the passenger experience. Avolta has been a valued partner for many years, and we are pleased to further strengthen this successful collaboration. The introduction of Johnnie Walker Bar and Vista Corona enhances our commercial offering with innovative dining and social concepts that respond to evolving traveler expectations and contribute to a more enjoyable airport journey.”
