    Avolta partners with Hawaii’s Department of Transportation to expand airport dining at three airports

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) announced today a collaboration with the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) in the United States to introduce new dining and cafe concepts at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Lihue Airport (LIH) and Kahului Airport (OGG).

    Avolta prices EUR 350 million of senior notes

    Avolta (SIX: AVOL) today priced an offering of EUR 350 million Senior Notes due in March 2032 with an interest rate of 5.25%. Interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears. Proceeds from the offering will be used to further repay the company’s EUR 750 million Senior Notes due 2027 following the issuance of EUR 400 million Senior Notes due 2033 in June 2026.

    Avolta launches first direct wallet-to-wallet stablecoin payments pilot

    Avolta (AVOL: SIX) today launches a pilot enabling customers to pay with stablecoin at its Level 2 Duty Free store at Zurich Airport. From 9 to 25 September 2026, travelers can make purchases directly from their digital wallets through a simple QR-code payment process.
