This achievement underscores Avolta’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment, while advancing gender equity as a core element of the sustainability pillar within the Destination 2027 strategy.

Avolta began certifying the US, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. In 2025, we expanded the process, spanning 14 additional countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia showcasing our commitment to advancing equity and inclusion at scale.
Through EDGE, Avolta conducted a comprehensive review of its policies and practices to identify clear actions to continue its momentum, including ensuring representation at all levels and providing equal opportunities for learning, development and career growth. This is a significant step forward, providing a foundation for continuous progress as we build a stronger, more inclusive Avolta for the future.
