    Leading global travel experience player Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL), is reinforcing its presence at Copenhagen Airport with a six-year contract for a new store. In line with its commitment to create authentic sense of place for travelers, Avolta recently opened much-loved local pizza concept, Neighbourhood, inviting passengers to taste its crispy sourdough pizzas, and a selection of craft beers from local hero, To Øl. The store opening builds on Avolta’s comprehensive food and beverage (F&B) partnership with Copenhagen Airport and strengthens the company’s commitment to creating an authentic sense of place for travelers, by showcasing unique local offerings that resonate with both residents and visitors.

    Avolta extends retail contract with Athens International Airport to 2034

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL), the leading global travel experience player, will build on its longstanding retail presence at Greece’s Athens International Airport with a ten year contract extension until the beginning of 2034. The contract extension sees Avolta continue to operate 31 retail stores, over a combined floor space of more than 4,900 m2 in Greece’s busiest airport. The agreement underscores the significance of Avolta’s strong business partnerships in realizing the company’s Destination 2027 strategy to create a travel experience revolution.

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL), leading global travel experience player, increases its footprint in Asia-Pacific, securing a new duty-free contract for two stores at Kualanamu International Airport*, serving the city of Medan and North Sumatra. Operating in Indonesia for more than ten years and with nearly 50 stores, this contract marks Avolta’s third location in Indonesia – the largest economy in Southeast Asia and the world’s fourth most populous nation** – and first for Medan, joining existing outlets at Indonesia’s two main international airports; Jakarta’s Soekarno–Hatta International Airport and Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport.

    Avolta prices EUR 500 million of senior notes

    Avolta today priced an offering of EUR 500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). Interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance a portion of Avolta’s outstanding Senior Notes due 2024.

    Avolta proudly announces expanded contract with Norwegian Cruise Line: wins 4 new ships, boosts total presence to 18 ships

    Avolta, leading travel experience player, has been chosen as the main retail partner by Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), expanding their presence across nearly the entire NCL fleet and strengthening the company’s cruise portfolio. The major cruise company has awarded Avolta new contracts on a total of four NCL ships as well as renewing its existing contracts for 14 NCL ships. Avolta is kicking off new contracts on Norwegian Viva, Norwegian Prima, Norwegian Star, and Norwegian Encore. In addition, Avolta has been tapped to serve as the retail partner for NCL’s next Prima Class newbuild, Norwegian Aqua, which is set to debut in 2025.

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) delivered strong sales, profit and EFCF in 2025. IFRS turnover increased +1.9% to CHF 13,983m while operating profit rose +18.1% to CHF 1,103m. Equity Free Cash Flow (EFCF) increased +14.6% to CHF 487m. A dividend of CHF 1.15/share, +15% YoY, is to be proposed at the May 2026 AGM. Avolta reaffirms its medium-term outlook and announces new a share buyback of up to CHF 225m in 2026.
