    Dufry wins new duty-free concession at Kuwait International Airport's new Terminal 4

    Dufry has signed a 5 years contract with Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) to operate the duty free store in Kuwait airport's newly constructed Terminal 4. Overall retail space of 1,563 sqm will be operated by World Duty Free in partnership with That Al Salasil. The new duty free store is due for completion in Q2 of 2019.

    Following the termination of its BDR program on 27 November 2018 Dufry AG (“Dufry”) filed today a request to cancel its registration as a Category A foreign issuer with the Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) (“CVM”) and a request for its delisting from the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) (“B3”).

    Dufry wins new contract for five new Hudson stores and expands its footprint at Zurich Airport

    Dufry signed a new contract with Flughafen Zürich AG (Zurich Airport) to create five Hudson convenience stores, three of which will be in Terminal A and two in Terminal B and D, thus serving both the Schengen and the Non-Schengen departure areas. The contract for these duty-paid shops will run for 5 years from 1st January 2019.

    Dufry secures a new long term contract for 15 P&O Ferries ships to be operated under the World Duty Free brand

    Dufry Group has signed a new long-term concession contract with P&O Ferries to operate shops under the World Duty Free brand on board 15 vessels, which serve several routes across the Channel, the North Sea and the Irish Sea. The transfer of the operations with a total of 19 shops across a retail space of 3,600 m2 will be phased from April to May 2019.

    Avolta reports strong 2025, advancing on sales, profits and cash generation, proposes higher dividend and announces new share buyback

    Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) delivered strong sales, profit and EFCF in 2025. IFRS turnover increased +1.9% to CHF 13,983m while operating profit rose +18.1% to CHF 1,103m. Equity Free Cash Flow (EFCF) increased +14.6% to CHF 487m. A dividend of CHF 1.15/share, +15% YoY, is to be proposed at the May 2026 AGM. Avolta reaffirms its medium-term outlook and announces new a share buyback of up to CHF 225m in 2026.
